Admission Criteria/Pay Source
A Timber Pointe candidate must have been hospitalized for an acute medical condition for 3 midnight stays or been hospitalized in the last 30 days. Also there must be a notable decline in medical and functional abilities related to an orthopedic condition prior to consideration for program eligibility.
Medicare covers your care at Timber Pointe as long as all of the requirements are met. Other pay sources include Medicaid, Workman’s Comp, & Private Insurance, which are all considered on a case by case basis.
